This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of the Flowmata AI Google Workspace Add-on, website, and related services (“Services”). By using our Services, you agree to comply with this Policy. We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a revised version here.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use, or facilitate or allow others to use, the Services:
- Illegal or Harmful Activity
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
- To promote or engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
- To threaten, incite, or encourage violence, terrorism, self-harm, or other serious harm.
- To create, promote, or distribute content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse.
- Misuse of AI Generation
- To generate, upload, or distribute:
- Pornographic or sexually explicit material.
- Hateful, harassing, or discriminatory content.
- Deepfakes or deceptive content intended to mislead or defraud.
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
- To generate, upload, or distribute:
- Security and Service Integrity
- To interfere with or disrupt the security, availability, or performance of the Services or Google Workspace.
- To attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data.
- To probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities in our systems or networks.
- To engage in denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
- Spam and Abuse
- To send unsolicited or unauthorized mass messages, promotions, or advertisements.
- To automate or script the generation of large volumes of content in a way that degrades service quality for others.
- Fair Use of Free Tools
- Free features of the Services are provided for reasonable personal or business use.
- Excessive or automated use of free tools, such as running large-scale batch requests, scraping, or repeated automated calls, is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that engage in activity that places disproportionate load on our systems or attempts to flood, overload, or disrupt the Services.
Investigation and Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may:
- Remove or disable access to content generated through the Services.
- Limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or access to the Services.
- Apply rate limits, usage caps, or restrictions on free-tier accounts.
- Report violations to law enforcement when required.
We may consider your ability and willingness to comply with this Policy, including safeguards you have in place, when determining enforcement actions.
